The scope of work included the removal of a 224' historical three span stone arch bridge, and replacement with a reinforced concrete three span bridge incorporating much of the original stone pieces in the spandrel walls and railings. All of the stone to be reused had to be carefully disassembled, tagged, and restored for reuse. The substructure is set on H piles.
